hey, loving what you do. I wanted to ask a question about the microscopic images of alcohol. I am wanting to shoot some coffee, do you know who can do this for me? any tips would be great. thanks heaps

Alright so I researched this: those images were taken under a microscope ERGO same thing as taking pics of any microscopic organism (same small scale).

So I found this HOW-TO TAKE MICROGRAPHS on Wired, I think your best bet would be to find a biologist/chemist of sorts to aid you in your artistic endeavor, even a faculty member at a research institution should get enough funding to have equipment that is able to do so (for the best picture quality), if you are in the Southern California region, UC Irvine would be a great start!

Above: Polarized light micrograph of champagne (this may be the same aesthetic you may want to go after to make your potential images pop. Also if you do want funding to start you own project, I recommend crowd-funding sites like Kickstarter, where more hipster investors roam free & where coffee and art are the main interests of said market, increasing the likelihood of reaching your funding goal: as a reference this is one of my friend’s past projects that got funded, TEADROP)

All said and done good luck! Let me know if you proceed with this!
